A Testimony about Insomnia
IFEEL GREAT! Yes, what a relief! Now let me explain. My name is Vivian Metoyer. I
have suffered from insomnia for about 2 ½ years plus neck and shoulder pain. After
a couple of years taking oral medication for both problems, and seeking physical
therapy and massage therapy, I decided to go a different route to achieve better
results. I wanted Better Health without the use of Rx drugs!
I talked to my PCP about my situation. I asked if Acupuncture would be an alternate
application for me. My PCP agreed that Acupuncture would be another source of
relief for my aggravated state. She gave me Dr. Helen Zhou’s pamphlet.
Immediately, I read all about Dr. Helen’s experience and areas of expertise of which I
was so very impressed. I immediately gave her a call and booked an appointment.
Dr. Helen took such care in telling me all I needed to know to understand
Acupuncture, and how it works. Of course I had no previous experience with this
process, so I wanted to know all. We discussed my inability to get “quality” sleep
(insomnia) and the level of discomfort with my neck and shoulders. She came up
with a treatment process that was just right for me.
After the 3rd treatment, I could tell the difference in how I was able to fall asleep and
stay asleep. Plus the “restful” sleep was wonderful. I awake feeling fresh and
energized ready to do whatever! Also, no more pain in my neck and shoulders!
Now, you know why I say … I FEEL GREAT!

I am becoming a new person! Let me explain. My name is Pat Bourson. I have
suffered from a bad back for the last 32 years. During that time I have had 5 lumbar
surgeries in which each surgery was less successful than the last regarding the long
term results. I could not feel my feet, I fell at least 2-4 times a week and I had
paralysis of my feet & toes along with muscle atrophy of my legs. The pain was
constant and a 10 on the pain scale from 1-10. I was lucky to sleep1 hour at night

A testimony about congested lymph nodes:
To Whom It May Concern,
I have been a patient of Dr. Helen Zhou for a little over a month. I was suffering with
congested Lymph Nodes under my right arm. It was inflamed and painful to the
touch. I have had it for approximately three years and was preparing to have it
surgically removed. The surgeon had done an Ultrasound and assured me it was not
cancerous. I then began doing some research and found there can be some
unpleasant consequences following lymph node removal. Through my research I
also discovered that acupuncture can be used as an alternative treatment for
congested lymph nodes.
I have had 12 treatments with Dr. Helen and my lymph node has shrunk back to its

Boland Registered Massage Therapist - Certified Hypnotist 2209 3rd Street at Magnolia Port Neches, Texas 77627 (409) 727-8663 August 28, 2003 This is a testimony for the acupuncture treatments provided by Dr. Helen Zhou. I have been a practicing registered massage therapist in the State of Texas for fifteen years. Because if the repeated use of my body, especially my hands and arms, I began to have all the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome at the beginning of this year. My thumbs, and other fingers would often begin to tingle or go numb while I was doing massage. At night there was pain, swelling, tingling and numbness that was so uncomfortable for me, that I couldn’t sleep. For several months I tried to work on my hands and arms with the massage techniques I could do on myself. I also received massage therapy from other therapists, hoping it would reverse the condition .... but to no avail. I continued to suffer, but didn’t know where to turn next. I am a firm believer in attempting to heal my body in as natural a way as possible, and the thought of seeing a surgeon for my problem was threatening to me. In April of this year, a friend introduced me to Dr. Helen. I was excited at the prospect of having her work me, because I know acupuncture can be very therapeutic in treating so many illnesses and conditions. Boland Massage Therapist / Certified Hypnotist A Testimony about shoulder injury: I have had acupuncture treatment for three separate ailments--back pain, neck pain (resulting from a whiplash), and a shoulder injury (resulting from tennis). Each visit I made to Dr Zhou’s office proved that she is a very knowledgeable doctor and that her treatments work. They not only removed the pain, but the series of treatments I received for each particular condition eliminated the recurrence of the problems. The most remarkable was the treatment for my shoulder injury. One other medical doctor had suggested that I would need surgery to eliminate the problem. The pain in my shoulder consistently bothered me for 5 months. I could not lift books without pain, nor could I open a door, nor tuck in my shirt. The smallest tasks caused discomfort; merely walking with me arm hanging at my side was painful. The medical doctor gave me a prescription that did not help at all. I have bad knees. I have had surgery on a meniscus tear in my right knee last year.
Right after the surgery I felt like everything was going to be alright. With 2 months,
both my knees started hurting. Not getting any reasonable answers from the
doctor, I tried to deal with the situation myself. I went for at least 8 months with
pain. When attempting to get up from my desk, I would have to hold on to the desk
for a few minutes just to get my breath from the pain and then try to walk.
I no longer wanted any type of surgery and read up on acupuncture. I found Dr.
Helen from the phone book and website. She has made a tremendous difference in
my pain. So much so, that I tend to overdo it on the weekends now.
She is as kind as she is intelligent. She is very helpful and explains everything and

the pain and anguish in my face. I was suffering with constant pain radiating down
my left leg. The pain began in April, 2006 and continued until January, 2007. An MRI
revealed a bulging disc and disc degenerative disease.
Prior to seeing Dr. Helen, I had physical therapy treatments, medications, and three
(3) epidural injections. These remedies were to no avail. My everyday life was
suffering. The nagging pain was controlling my life both physically and mentally.
One day I came across an article in the Beaumont Enterprise about Dr. Helen. I
called her the next day and began treatments. Dr. Helen continually encouraged me.
She told me that it was going to take time. After about 12 treatments, the pain
subsided. Today, I feel great!! I will continue seeing Dr. Helen on an as needed
basis.
I am a firm believer in the healing power of acupuncture. Dr. Helen is professional,

I began receiving acupuncture in late July,2007 for a large “floater”
blocking the vision in my left eye. The medical profession could not
help. After 3 months of treatment, the condition is at least 70%
better and that was confirmed in Jan,2008 with an eye check-up

A testimony to Dr.Helen zhou for eye sight
I began receiving acupuncture in late July,2007 for a large “floater”
blocking the vision in my left eye. The medical profession could not
help. After 3 months of treatment, the condition is at least 70%
better and that was confirmed in Jan,2008 with an eye check-up
which also revealed an improvement in vision. Another great benefit
from acupuncture is that my immune system is So Much Better and
I feel really good.

Acupuncture worked for us! I began receiving acupuncture
treatments in November of 2010. We had been trying to have
children for 3 years. We had tried every fertility treatment available,
including IVF, before trying acupuncture. I went in for a
consultation and began treatments immediately. The treatments
were very relaxing and at the end of December 2010, I found out we
